Mike is directly responsible for managing all business and technology operations for CaerVision Corporation. He is a seasoned Executive with over 25 years of technology and senior management experience. After serving in the United States Navy as an Aviation Warfare Specialist 2nd Class Petty Officer, Mike started his IT career as a Junior Consultant for IBM Global Services, working in the Enterprise Services for Microsoft Technologies (ESMT) division. After IBM, he joined Microsoft Corporation as an Engagement Manager deploying high-end ERP and CRM solutions in manufacturing, healthcare, and retail organizations. In 2010, Mr. Grayson joined Hewlett Packard Corporation as a Services Executive for the mid-Atlantic Financial Services Division. There, he successfully managed Executive level relationships for some of the world’s largest financial and insurance organizations.
Sarah has been planning, implementing and managing integrated marketing campaigns for the healthcare industry since graduating with a Master’s degree in Communication Studies from Eastern Illinois University in 2007. Taking experience from the marketing agency world, Sarah turned her efforts toward the podiatry industry as the marketing director for one of the largest custom orthotic laboratories in the country. Now, she is able to combine her discovered passion for podiatry with her expertise in communications to enhance the Podiatry Network; continuing to take it in a direction that provides meaningful content for patients, while simultaneously using content marketing strategies to drive revenue for each subscribing practice. Additionally, Sarah teaches Business Communication and Interpersonal Communication at Midstate College in Peoria, IL. This constant reiteration of fundamental communication principles, keeps her strategic process and critical analyses of CaerVision’s communications grounded in the theoretical foundations of basic communication.
Dr. Marlene Reid has a strong background in both patient education and internal marketing. She served on the APMA’s Public Education and Information Committee for many years including as Chair and speaks regularly on internal marketing and practice management. Dr. Reid has held many positions in both the APMA and the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association (IPMA) and is currently a delegate to the APMA and a board member of the Illinois Podiatric State Licensing Board. She is a past president of both the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association and the American Association for Women Podiatrists. Dr. Reid was named several times in the Podiatry Management’s list of America's Most Influential Podiatrists and is a Distinguished Practitioner of the National Association of Practitioners. Dr. Reid has been a spokesperson for the American Podiatric Medical Association for many years and is often quoted on women’s foot health issues. She practices in Naperville, IL at Family Podiatry Center with her husband.
